Football Cage Hire – Terms & Conditions

By hiring the football cage, the hirer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment

• Full payment must be made in advance to secure the booking.
• No equipment will be released until payment has been received in full.

2. Collection & Return

• The hirer is responsible for arranging both collection and return of the football cage.
• A suitable vehicle (such as a van) is required, as the cage will not fit in a standard car.
• Collection and return must take place on working days only: Monday to Friday.
• Cage must be returned before 5pm on the agreed return day.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.

3. Hire Options

• The football cage is available for:
  • 24 hours
  • 48 hours
  • Weekend hire
• Hire duration must be agreed in advance at the time of booking.

4. Responsibility & Liability

• The hirer must sign a responsibility agreement form prior to collection.
• The hirer accepts full responsibility for the equipment during the hire period.
• Any loss, damage, or misuse of the football cage will be charged to the hirer.

5. Condition of Equipment

• The football cage must be returned in the same condition as it was provided.
• Any damage identified upon return will be assessed and charged accordingly.

6. General Use

• The equipment must be used safely and for its intended purpose only.
• The hirer is responsible for ensuring appropriate supervision during use, especially at events involving children.
